I filed disputes with Google and got almost all my Clawee money refunded. Im not joking thats where all their prizes come from. It's more frustrating than fun and youll waste so much money to get a prize you can get on AliExpress for $1. I honestly wouldn't waste my money on it. Also if you dont have VIP the shipping costs $8 PER PRIZE. Sometimes they are very good fakes and sometimes not. So all the pokemon, Funko Pops, whatever are all fake. They are Chinese knockoffs drop shipped straight from China and take FOREVER to get to you and they ship each one individually. Machines average about $2-3 per play.īut the biggest problem is the prizes are NOT legit. Maybe 20 to 60 a day which is not even remotely close to enough for a single play on their machines and a lot of machines require you to "win" multiple times before you get a prize. Also the "free coins" you get with the VIP are a joke. It will do this for a long time until it pays out. You can watch the claw open at the top to drop the prize no matter how good you grab it. They lure you in with the non-VIP machines being super easy to win but all other machines with worthwhile prizes are very obviously rigged. The machines are pretty expensive and very glitchy with cameras not working, staff blocking the cameras mid play, cameras showing 2 different images, etc.
But then again, I've only messaged them the ONE time and not keep doing it if they didnt respond quickly.Ĭlawee is sketchy. (Usually Double Prizes) and they have ALWAYS responded. I've contacted Customer Service on Clawee at least 10 different times for various issues. It won't (always) work but more often than not it does. Because remember, the balls in THEIR court to decide to actually HELP you and not just give you some b.s. Common Sense will tell you that you need to be POLITE and RESPECTFUL to someone like that. It trips me out when I see complaints on customer support for any given company. Would YOU respond to someone emailing over and over and over again and/or possibly being disrespectful? Sometimes Customer Support for any given company are BEHIND and/or User Traffic is unusually larger than expected so it may take longer than expect to get back to you. That applies for ANY Customer Support no matter where.
Have Patience when contacting Customer Support. You emailing over and over again probably caused it all to screw up and them not know which one to respond to or WHAT to respond to. When you contact Support in many Apps, they assign a unique number to the message automatically. You probably screwed it up sending MULTIPLE Emails.
